Objective
As their current Managing Director plans for retirement in 2024 after a successful and illustrious career, we must proactively search and recruit a new leader who can continue to steer the company forward.
At Whitworth Bros, their highly skilled and competent Senior Leadership Team (SLT) works closely with the Managing Director, acting as a guiding force for the business. This collaborative approach extends not only to the SLT but also upstream to the Chairman, ensuring a cohesive and effective management structure.
