About the role:

As a Senior Analyst, you will work within a team of experts to increase the impact of the SCA service. You must understand the strategic levers for change and how they influence business decisions. You will lead research and develop insights on key supply chain issues, always prioritizing customer needs, and sharing best practices and thought leadership to help them grow and adapt.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to monthly and annual sales targets through new business and subscription renewals.
2. Create and contribute to a content plan that meets subscriber needs and helps grow the service.
3. Produce research for the SCA service, including data collection, analysis, and report creation.
4. Understand customer needs to improve research quality and focus on relevant issues.
5. Deliver presentations to clients and events to enhance the SCA service's profile and impact.
6. Increase the SCA service's impact, making it indispensable for businesses.
7. Build engagement with external clients, industry experts, etc., to improve the quality and impact of our work.
8. Identify best practice developments through industry networking.
9. Produce compelling and impactful insights for users of the service.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new business, progress leads, and engage with existing customers.

About You:

• Proactive self-starter able to work independently and under pressure.
• Technical expertise in customer supply chain dynamics for business growth and cost reduction.
• Expertise in core supply chain areas such as availability, cost reduction, omnichannel, and demand planning.
• Knowledge of the food and consumer goods industry and experience working within it.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Broad supply chain network to support diverse research themes.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret information, producing compelling insights.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Project management skills with the ability to deliver results involving various stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset seeking opportunities to commercialize our supply chain offerings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic HTML understanding.
• Analytical and intellectually robust, with a graduate degree or extensive supply chain experience.
