Sales Account Manager with Brand Management Experience

We seek an Experienced Sales Account Manager to drive sales, manage and develop branded product awareness within their existing grocery accounts, and identify new business opportunities with major retailers. Your primary role will be ensuring the profitability of key customer accounts while delivering exceptional service.

• Must hold a valid driving license

Your Responsibilities:

• Foster and develop effective customer relationships with key accounts
• Develop strong customer insights through regular visits
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Update CRM systems with relevant customer information
• Drive growth and budget planning with Key Accounts
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including pricing, negotiation, and contract management
• Liaise with Accounts to manage customer credit and risk
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Engage with the market through face-to-face meetings, events, and exhibitions
• Demonstrate full product, competitor, and market knowledge
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to maximize business opportunities
• Assist in creating innovative marketing strategies and brand promotional activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in FMCG Food Manufacturing or similar
• Strong new business development skills
• Prior experience in brand management selling into the major grocery retailers
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
