Sales Back Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Back office in the sales area, acquiring new customers on the phone.
- Reception, scheduling meetings and appointments, providing general support to visitors, and maintaining office conditions.
- Support in managing the relationship with the external fiscal expert.
Requirements:
- Experience as back office employee of at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Dutch Mother tongue/fluent English.
- Preferable knowledge of Sap Business One.
- Preferable diploma in the sales field.
- Knowledge in: accounting closing, invoices, fiscal declarations (Intrastat, Vat Return, etc.), payroll accounting

Compensation:
- Gross income of approximately €30,000 to €40,000 as a final salary package.
Location:
