Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Our client, a leading Italian company specializing in producing and distributing ingredients and supplies for the gelato, pastry, and beverage industries, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales within the assigned territory
  • Acquire new clients and actively manage existing accounts
  • Direct sales, research, evaluation, and supervision of distributors
  • Conduct market surveys, margin analysis, and compile reports
  • Align with Sales Management on commercial strategies

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the B2B and/or food sector
  • Knowledge of the assigned area (Melbourne, Victoria)
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors (in order of preference): ingredients for pastry, ingredients for ice cream, cafeteria, food ingredients, or food sector
  • Experience in field sales
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to conduct market surveys and margin analysis

Salary Package:
