Wide market knowledge with a specific focus on the EU, East EU, Russia, ME, Asia and in particular Japan. He also has strong knowledge of the US and Canadian markets where he has worked.

Extensive experience in emerging markets, proficient at operating across multiple cultures and geographies. Have developed the robust resilience required to navigate and deliver in highly pressurised, volatile, ambiguous, and ever-changing environments.

Built a regional Supply Chain team, and both managed and contributed to large-scale change management projects e.g., distributor consolidations, outsourcing to a global business services model, re-organisation of the business unit between regions, the establishment of new legal entities and IT implementations (SAP and KDET).
