1. What roles do you recruit for?

I recruit across the food supply chain. Factory operations, Technical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Commercial, NPD, HR & Administration and board level appointments. Whatever your needs, lets talk and go from there.

2. What are your fees?

I'm here to find solutions for my clients and all quotes are based on the brief. This includes the difficulty of the search, the location, the availability of talent, the timeframes and the job specification.

As a general guide depending on the level of service you require, this ranges from 15% to 25% of the base salary. I'm able to consider a discount based on exclusivity or a retained assignment.

3. Where do you recruit?

The majority of my work is based across the UK. However, I have completed assignments in Europe and North America. My head hunt approach remains the same regardless of the location, the only difference is time zones.

4. What guarantees do you offer?

Every candidate that is successfully placed into your business is done so in good faith following a rigourous search process. However, I understand circumstances can change that are out of our control and the candidate either leaves through their own accord or it has been decided they will not be suitable.

With every placement I guarantee 3 months, for any reason they are not successful, then I guarantee to find a suitable replacement at no additional charge.

Due to the more in depth search criteria, pyschometric testing, benchmarking and stakeholder engagement, I offer a guarantee of up to 12 months if the Food360 platform is used for your search.

5. Do you offer partner discounts?

Absolutely. I would rather work with businesses that are partners, rather than those that see recruitment as transations. This allows me to embed myself into your business, understand the culture, the personalities and the "way of doing things". By working this way, I can understand how new recruits will intergrate with the current team, ultimately saving you time and money.

By working in an exclusive partnership, we are investing in each others business, therefore this will be reflected in our agreement.
