Our executive search process is meticulously research-led, ensuring we identify and secure the most suitable high-impact leaders for your organisation's success.

Initial Consultation - Week 1

We engage in an in-depth discussion with our client to understand their specific requirements, organisational culture, and business objectives. A Job Survey is completed which gives us a superior in depth analysis of the characteristics of the candidate you are seeking. This helps us gain a thorough understanding of their executive talent needs

Position Specification - Week 1 - 2

Based on the client's requirements, we develop a detailed position specification that outlines the key responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and desired attributes for the executive role. This specification serves as a guideline for our search process of which shortlisted candidates will be measured against.

Research and Sourcing - Week 3

Our experienced team conducts extensive research and utilises our vast network and industry contacts to identify potential candidates and target businesses. We leverage various resources, including our proprietary database, industry publications, online platforms, and referrals, to source highly qualified individuals.

Candidate Evaluation - Week 4 - 5

We rigorously assess the identified candidates by reviewing their resumes, conducting in-depth interviews, and evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit. We assess not only their technical competencies but also their leadership abilities, communication skills, and passion for the Food and Beverage industry.

Candidate Presentation - Week 6

We present a shortlist of carefully selected candidates to our client, providing comprehensive profiles that highlight their qualifications, achievements, and potential fit within the organisation. A candidate video introduction, key competency questions and profile analysis are included. We also offer our expert assessment and recommendations to assist the client in making an informed decision.

Interview Facilitation - Week 6 - 7

We facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth experience for both the client and the candidates. We provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the interview stages, collecting feedback and addressing any concerns.

Selection and Offer Negotiation - Week 8

After the client has conducted interviews and identified their preferred candidate, we assist in negotiating the job offer, including compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Our aim is to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement that satisfies both the client and the candidate.

Onboarding and Follow-up

Once the candidate accepts the offer, we support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into their new role. We maintain regular communication with both the client and the candidate to address any post-placement concerns or assist with integration as needed.
